An Overdue Farewell

Back in September, we were forced to say farewell to two of our pack members because, the humans, Will & Nadia, relocated to Japan...

This is long overdue, but it took us awhile to finally grasp that, after two years, Baylea & Luna would no longer be walking through our door each morning and evening. 

Prior to the big move, Nadia and Will were dedicated towards making the moving process as easy as possible for Baylea, the Border Collie Mix, and Luna, the All American Dog. Will and Nadia successfully obtained the Canine Good Citizen & Community Canine Titles (CGC and CGCA) for Baylea and Luna. They also simulated situations that they may face while traveling and started exposing Baylea and Luna to crowded environments to help desensitize them to large groups of strange people and animals. Their hard work paid off and Baylea and Luna survived their 10+ hour flight relatively anxiety and stress free!

Although we miss them, we know Dogmata doesn't compare to the experiences, scents, and sights that Baylea & Luna will, and have, experienced in Japan.

Below are just a few of the wonders Nadia and Will have already been able to share with Baylea & Luna. We wish them all the best during this chapter of their lives and look forward to the beautiful photos and moments that will be shared over the next three years.
