Bon Voyage, Saylor

Saylor, the two year old Bichon Frise, first joined our pack in August 2016 at four months old. We've been blessed to have the opportunity to help mold Saylor from a yappy puppy into a balanced small breed dog. Unfortunately, change is inevitable and we must say goodbye to Saylor, and her family, as they move to North Carolina.

Saylor's humans, Steven and Jennifer, have proven themselves to be responsible dog owners. They obtained the AKC's Canine Good Citizen (CGC), Community Canine (CGCA), and have continued to keep up with training even after achieving the titles. They also continue to keep Saylor's mind occupied by improvising with new tricks such as having her "pray" before eating and balancing to do "ballerina" spins. They also keep Saylor physically active with a personal treadmill and by walking as a pack with their newborn daughter, Zella. Jen even learned how to groom Saylor herself in order to achieve the perfect fro.

We wish them all the best in the next part of their adventure. We know Saylor will remain happy, no matter the circumstances, with Jen and Steve (and, soon to be, Zella) as her leaders!

Thank you, Steve & Jen, and good luck!
